Employees Give Back
In 2008 alone, more than $2.2 million was given to local, national and global causes through Roll Giving, a unique company grant program which earmarks money for donation by employees. Money granted through the program was donated to charities on six continents in 10 currencies benefiting a wide variety of organizations including schools, hospitals, homeless shelters, environmental initiatives, disaster relief organizations and more. The company also has a matching gifts program enabling employees to increase their own giving to favorite charities.
